Snow Day

Snow is tumbling to the ground

Heaping up in huge hills

School is wiped out for the day

Kids keep running outside to play

Snowballs are tossed noticeable all around

Nobody has any consideration

About school-just fun

Since the day is a blanketed one

Snowmen are stacked high

Their top caps verging on skim the sky

To make them round they must pat

At that point completely off with gloves and cap

As the weather gets icy

The youngsters are told

To come inside and eat

Hot chocolate with a few treats

When the children are finished

They put on their apparatus for some more fun

Some of them play around

While different children simply lay on the ground

Another child makes snow holy messengers

Until the pooch named Bojangles

Went through his magnum opus

In any case, then the proprietor shouted stop

After Bojangles

Demolished all the snow holy messengers

Children slid down the slope

'Til they were nibbled by a chill

Over is the day

The youngsters begin to leave

As snow falls, so does the sun

Time to go in, the day is finished
